Iona Blaze of Glory is a wildly marked 1996 chestnut pinto mare that was a winner in halter and color when shown as a junior mare. Her sire, Iona Early Riser is a son of little King’s Indian King and is a King Supreme grandson. If you like color, this is the horse for you. Blaze had a tiny filly in 2000, a colt in 2001 and a beautiful filly in 2003 that went to Australia and became the Australian Reserve National Champion as a two year-old. Blaze had a pretty filly by FAF Scout’s Irish Luck in 2005, and a pinto colt in 2006 who was on our 2007 show string... Iona Black Satin is a daughter of our very first mini, FAF Anisette, who produced many great foals for us over the years, as well as being a multiple World Top Ten winner herself. Satin’s sire was Little King’s Indian King, a Black and white son of King Supreme. We sold Satin as a yearling, but then had the opportunity to buy her back a few years later and couldn’t pass it up. Iona Autumn Frost was one of the first foals born on our farm and she has been here ever since. She is a dominant broodmare who has had foals for us 13 of the last 14 years. Several of them have been shown. Although she’s a 1990 mare, she should have several more babies before she’s finished. Frosty is in foal to Sami’s JuJu Bee Banana for 2008.
